Dr Jennifer Storey is a Forensic Psychologist specializing in violence risk assessment and interpersonal violence.
Dr Storey obtained her PhD in Forensic Psychology at Simon Fraser University in 2012. She is currently a Lecturer in Forensic Psychology at the University of Kent.

Dr Storey is a registered Forensic Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (PYL36700).
Services
The HOPE
Dr Storey is the lead author of the Harm to Older Persons Evaluation (HOPE), a violence risk assessment instrument designed to help predict and prevent abuse towards older adults.
Consulting
Dr Storey consults in her areas of expertise including violence risk assessment, management, communication, older adult abuse (aka elder abuse), stalking and intimate partner violence for a variety of organisations.
Training
Dr Storey provides training in violence risk assessment in both applied and academic settings.
Research
My research programme involves identifying, evaluating, and reducing the risk of interpersonal violence.
I conduct both applied and lab-based research and have a variety of collaborators with whom I work and publish including psychologists, social workers, lawyers, nurses and police.
